Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible, non-custom products.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built or made-to-order buildings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Please provide photos and a description so we can arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
