The return and refund policies vary according to the individual shed sellers. It is your responsibility to review the return and refund policy of the seller before completing a purchase.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Sheds must be returned in their original condition, unassembled, and without signs of damage, unless the damage occurred during delivery.
  • The timeframe for returns will be determined by the seller’s specific policy. Please refer to the seller’s individual return terms provided at the point of sale.
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless otherwise stated in the seller’s policy.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed by the individual shed seller once the return is approved and received.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days, depending on the seller’s processing time.
  • If a refund is not processed within the stated period, please contact the seller directly for resolution.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom-built or specially modified sheds may not be eligible for returns. This will be indicated by the seller at the time of purchase.
  • Sheds that have been assembled or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Sheds

  • If you receive a shed that is damaged or defective, notify the seller within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
  • The seller will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is applicable in such cases.
